I've been using the Logitech Harmony Remote software on my Mac to set up my 650 for a couple of years, tweaking it when needed. I had it set to remember my login & password on launch. All was well. Two weeks ago It asked for my login details when launched. When I entered those it asked my to set up my device from scratch.

In other words it had lost all my setup for that device. I understand this info is contained on the Logitech servers and not on my Mac, so I can only assume that for some reason they have lost/deleted my data. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm really loathed to set up the whole thing afresh if this is going to happen again, maybe repeatedly.

Came accross a very similar problem. Use the downloaded software with my Harmony One and it no longer recognises the remote when i first plug it in and brings up a screen to create a new account. There is a back button and it takes you back to the normal login screen. Not sure if the op had the same problem and missed the back button. Even if you tick the box to 'remember me', it makes no difference. Definitely is a problem as i have updated it maybe half a dozen times over the last 2 days as i bought a AV Receiver and had to keep tweaking the activities.
