I'm a recent move-in to Frisco (and to Texas), and have two teen boys (16 & 15) who need to go through the drivers license process. We have elected to go the Parent Taught route, and have paid the $20/kid to get them approved for the PTDE option. Now I need to pick an online course. I've visited the websites of all of the courses and noticed there are a range of prices but it's hard to get a good idea of how effective any of these are. Has anyone had any good experiences with any of these courses? Or any thoughts on courses that were sub-par?

On the one hand I'm sure they all work fine and would allow us to check the box and progress toward a license, but obviously I'd prefer that the safe driving concepts sink in as much as possible. And I can't lie -- price is a factor, but if it was the only factor I wouldn't bother posting here. Seems like there are several in the $80 to $100 range, with a handful over $100 and maybe one or two under $80. I really am genuinely interested in what experience others have had.
