I've just sent a ticket into Tascam regarding this issue, but I figured while waiting for a response it wouldn't hurt to ask here as well. I recently formatted my system and upgraded from Windows Vista (32-bit) to Windows 7 (64-bit), and I am having trouble getting my US-144 mkII to work like it used to within FL Studio. I just purchased FL Studio 10 (I was previously playing around within FL Studio 8 ), but I doubt the version change itself would be the source of my problem. I'm guessing it's more likely a driver or 64-bit issue. Anyway, before I upgraded, I was able to monitor and record audio being played through my Tascam audio interface within FL Studio by selecting 'US-144 MKII Digital In' as the input channel.
